Marta Marcé
(Barcelona, 1972)
Marta Marce estudió su maestría en el Royal College of Art, Londres (1998-2000) y su Licenciatura en Barcelona en la Facultat de Belles Arts, Barcelona (1990-1995 ) .
Ha participado en numerosas exposiciones a nivel internacional, sobretodo en el Reino Unido, pudiéndose ver su obra en South London Gallery, Walker Art Gallery, Rochester Art Gallery, Milton Keynes Gallery y John Hansard Gallery. Su obra está representada por la galería Riflemaker en Londres y la galería Moriarty de Madrid.
La artista ha obtenido becas de gran prestigio como la Abbey Fellow en la British School de Roma, Italia, o la Arts Council and Triangle Trust Fellowship en Kunming, China.
Durante el verano 2007 obtuvo la prestigiosa residencia en Camden Art Centre donde programo un debate en torno al tema de la abstracción.
